How to measure
  1. Shoulder: Measure between the two shoulder seams, straight across the back
  2. Chest: Measure across the chest from underarm to underarm and double the measurement
  3. Waist: Measure the width of the garment, 20cm down from the chest and double the measurement
  4. Sleeve: Measure the length from the top of the sleeve, where it meets the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the cuff
  5. Length: Measure the centre back of the garment, from the bottom of the collar straight down to the hem

One of the key pieces from our exclusive E. Tautz X Gloverall collaboration, the Fishtail Parka features a contemporary colour-blocked design - a hallmark of the collection.

Refined details such as the elbow patches and topstitched inside collar, highlight both brand’s focus on quality.

The fishtail parka was created in 1951, for the Korean war. The drawstring in the hem enabled soldiers to tie the coat around their legs, to trap heat in.

The parka is made from a lightweight cotton making it an ideal piece for your transeasonal wardrobe.

There’s room to layer up underneath on colder days and the fit can be adjusted with drawstring at the waist and hem, with silver E. Tautz branded metal toggle and aglet. The cuff can also be adjusted with a press stud.

The design is finished with a detachable hood, adding to the parka’s versatility and deep welt pockets. At the back, the coat has a pleated fishtail to allow freedom of movement.

Internally, the coat is unlined with taped seams to create a lightweight finish. Proudly made in England.
